Google plans to launch a new app store for Chromebooks running Chrome OS, and it could be called "App Mall."
Through its upcoming store, the company aims to make the process of discovering and installing apps easier by providing a central platform for users.
According to the Chrome browser icons, there are references to the upcoming store that have yet to be revealed.
Specific details about the types of apps that will be available in the App Mall store have yet to be revealed, but it's expected that at least Android and web apps will be featured, including games.
The App Mall store will likely expand the existing Discover app in the system to provide a broader app discovery experience and possibly replace it.

Google has expanded its business to include multiple services including Chrome browser, Gmail and Android operating system, in addition to launching services in the device space such as Google Wallet, Google Home and other other services.
